Events 2007-2008

The Big Get Together

This is an annual event organised with our collegues at CVS. Last year’s event was a great success with over 200 visitors and this year we’ll have more exhibitors and of course lots of fun events for all the family.

We are also holding a trade fair for public agencies looking to procure services from organisations and delivery services to local people, or simply for people to purchase plants from Silverbirch or fair trade gifts from local suppliers.

Canal Festival

A great day was had by all, the public attended in their hundreds, the weather was great but most of all the activities went down really well and everyone had a superb day. Here we are promoting volunteering as usual:

Volunteer Centre AGM

We held our Annual General Meeting in Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre this year. The focus for the event was not only to highlight the past years work but to promote our future growth and partnership approach.
