For individuals we can:

Provide you with information and advice on all aspects of volunteering
Share volunteering opportunites through our newsletter, website etc
Inform you of specific events about volunteering in the local area.

Once you have chosen an appropriate volunteering opportunity, your Volunteer Advisor will support through your initial visit and follow up on your progress. We will provide information, guidance and support throughout your volunteering.

Services for Member Groups and Organisations We will:

Offer direct assistance with the recruitment and support of volunteers
Provide information and guidance on ‘Good Practice’ issues
Offer a tailor-made training package for Volunteer Managers
Provide a ‘Volunteer Induction Pack’ for new or small organisations
Access to your local Volunteer Forums
Represent volunteering issues at strategic levels

The Volunteer Centre provides the above services for any volunteer involving organisations within East Dunbartonshire. If you require any of the above services please register your organisation with the Volunteer Centre by downloading both forms below.
